Website form submissions are kept by email for as long as needed to respond to you and manage your care, and a backup copy on our web server is deleted automatically after 90 days. The website uses HTTPS encryption, and form backups are stored outside the public part of our server. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive medical details through the website.
